What if my shipping address is wrong? 
Please send us a message as soon as possible.  If your message arrives before we mail out the items, we can easily update the shipping address.  However, once the items are in the mail, their arrival is in the hands of the post office and you will need to contact your local post office to handle your questions.  

When will I receive my order? 
All Coloring Broadway products ship out within 2-5 business days of your order.  The order will be shipped using the shipping option you chose.

Although most orders ship within 2-4 days of purchase, we understand that often that perfect gift can be a last-minute find.  If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we will see what we can do.
