Buying for a Cast or Crew?  
WE LOVE it when Coloring Broadway gets to be part of a Cast/Show gift!  We offer a discount for orders with a quantity over 25 products or more.  Please contact us at andea@coloringbroadway.com to discuss the details.

Wholesale availability 
Yes!  We love to work with retailers to build relationships. If you are a bookstore or retail shop and would like to stock my items in your store, please email us at: andrea@thecoloringproject.com   

Shipping:  
Your pin will be carefully packaged in a plastic sleeve then shipped in a flat, sturdy mailer to ensure your product is protected. Shipped via the US Post Office.

What if my shipping address is wrong? 
Please send us a message as soon as possible.  If your message arrives before we mail out the items, we can easily update the shipping address.  However, once the items are in the mail, their arrival is in the hands of the post office and you will need to contact your local post office to handle your questions.  

How are your packages shipped? 
Since most of our products are small, we ship our orders via USPS (First Class Mail and Priority Mail) with a low shipping cost (about $3.00). Your order will arrive quickly, generally within 2-5 business days after your order has shipped dependent upon your distance from my location in Texas. You can always check your tracking via your Etsy receipt (You -> Purchases and Reviews)

When will I receive my order? 
All Coloring Broadway products ship out within 2-4 business days of your order, plus normal delivery timeframes from USPS.  The order will be shipped using the shipping option you chose.  

Can you rush my order? 
Although most orders ship within 2-4 days of purchase, we understand that often that perfect gift can be a last-minute find.  If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we will see what we can do. We can usually rush orders out the same or next day. Please send us a message and we will see what we can do.  If you need it there SUPER quick guaranteed, please choose an expedited shipping option. Orders placed after 4pm PT, will ship out the following business day.

Returns
We are a “Young, Scrappy and Hungry” small business which makes returns or exchanges not possible.  Please take time and completely review your selection before purchasing.
